Eligibility: The Ultimate Bicycling Prize Pack Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of American Bike Ride, LLC, Kate’s Real Food, REI, Thule, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter or win.
  2. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on June 18, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on June 29, 2025(“Entry Period”). To enter, simply complete and submit the official registration form provided for the Sweepstakes. Each completed registration form will be considered one (1) entry. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period.
  3. Drawing: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about July 9, 2025, from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by American Bike Ride, LLC, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entriesreceived.
  4. Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified via email within two (2) business days following the drawing date. The potential winner must respond to the notification email within 7 daysof the date sent to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
  5. Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive the ultimate bicycling prize pack, with a total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of $534.42, consisting of: * Four (4) boxes of Kate’s Real Food bars, one (1) Kate’s Real Food T-shirt, and one (1) Kate’s Real Food Shopping Tote (ARV: $139.52) * One (1) $30 Gift Card + One (1) REI Cycle Accessories Essentials Bundle (ARV: $74.95) * One (1) Thule RoundTrip Bike Duffel Bag (ARV: $149.95) * Two (2) T-Shirt + Ride Pass Bundle entries to the DC Bike Ride on September 6, 2025 OR the Philly Bike Ride on October 18, 2025 (ARV: $170). In such case, the Sponsor may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation, modification, or suspension. Employees of American Bike Ride, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter or win.

How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes, simply subscribe to the Philly Bike Ride email list. Each new subscription will be considered one entry.

Drawing: The winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 6, 2027 from all eligible entries received to date. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified via email within two weeks of the drawing. The potential winner must respond to the notification email within 7 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner may be selected.
