Eligibility:The Great American Getaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of American Bike Ride, LLC, Visit PA, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter or win.
How to Enter:The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on October 20, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on November 16, 2025(“Entry Period”). To enter, simply complete and submit the official registration form provided for the Sweepstakes. Each completed registration form will be considered one (1) entry. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period.
Drawing:One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about December 1, 2025, from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by American Bike Ride, LLC, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification:The potential winner will be notified via email within two (2) business days following the drawing date. The potential winner must respond to the notification email within 7 daysof the date sent to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
Prize:One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive the Great American Getaway prize pack, with a total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of $299, consisting of: One (1) one-night stay at the Y on Broadway and a bike trail biking adventure. No prize substitution, cash equivalent, or transfer of prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt and use.
General Conditions:By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes, simply subscribe to the Philly Bike Ride email list. Each new subscription will be considered one entry.

Drawing: The winner will be selected in a random drawing once per quarter of the 2025 calendar year, beginning on or about the fifth day of April 2025, July 2025, October 2025, and January 2026 from all eligible entries received to date. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified via email within two weeks of the drawing. The potential winner must respond to the notification email within 7 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner may be selected.

Prize: One (1) winner per month will receive a $500 Visa® Gift Card. The approximate retail value of the prize is $500.
