Terms and Conditions
The Finish Festival takes place (rain or shine) at 2600 Benjamin Franklin Pkwy Philadelphia, PA 19130, by the Philadelphia Museum of Art. The Festival hours are 8 am to 12 pm, on Saturday, October 14.
Vendors may load in on Saturday, October 14 from 5 am to 7 am. Food Trucks must be parked at the designated spot by 7 am.
Vendors may begin loading out on Saturday, October 14 from 12 pm to 1 pm.
Payment in full is due by Friday, September 22, 2023. All fees are non-refundable. Make checks payable to American Bike Ride, LLC, or follow instructions received by email to complete payment.
Installation and load-in of vendor elements are restricted to Saturday, October 14 between 5 am and 7 am. Dismantling is restricted to Saturday, October 14 between 12 pm and 1 pm. Food Trucks must be in place and parked by 7 am.
No installation/dismantling of vendor elements is allowed during the Finish Festival public hours (8 am to 12 pm). Vendors will be responsible for load-in, setup, and breakdown of all vendor elements by their own means.
Philly Bike Ride (hereafter referred to as “Management”) will take reasonable precautions to safeguard Vendor’s property. However, Management will not be liable for loss or damage from theft, fire, accident, or any cause beyond its control.
Vendor agrees to indemnify, protect, defend, save, and hold harmless Management and their officers, directors, organizers, owners, agents, representatives, and employees from all claims, demands, damages, and liability of whatsoever kind or character asserted by any person or persons on account of damage to property or leased premises arising out of the use of the leased premises by Vendor, or the negligence or willful misconduct of Vendor or its agents, employees or invitees or a breach of contract by Vendor or its agents, employees or invitees.
